We understand that things happen and that you may need to cancel your order.

For the following collections, you have 7 days after payment to cancel your order with no fee.

• BRIDAL COLLECTION
• FORMAL/PROM GOWN COLLECTION
• EVENING GOWN COLLECTION

After 7 days, we will begin the gown making process. You may still cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order. HOWEVER there will be a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is subtracted from the amount you paid and we will issue you a refund for the difference.

• Bridal Collection – $300 cancel fee
• Formal Gown/Prom Collection – $150 cancel fee
• Evening Wear Collection – $75 cancel fee

After 14 days, we will not accept any cancellations anymore.

ALL DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 14 DAYS.
