During prom season January-June, we may take up to 48 hours to respond. This is our busiest season, so please be patient as we do our best to service each customer and their needs. You can text the phone for you can’t get through.
Aboveandbeyonddzyns doesn’t tolerate harassment. Harassment is considered excessive calling, texting, or e-mailing. We understand that this is an exciting time for you and we appreciate you for choosing our company. So please do not contact us excessively in regards to your order. If we feel that you are not respecting our policy, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.
Our company is very well-organized and very well aware of each customer’s order. We send out automatic updates to every customer to keep you informed of the process.
If we have any issues, we will contact you directly way before your due date. During prom season, we create a lot of gowns. We will only reach out to you if we have issues with your order at any time. Otherwise, your order is perfectly fine and you will receive it based on the estimated completion date when you purchased.
