How long does it take to receive a garment once ordered?
Since every garment is custom-made and hand-sewn to fit each customer’s specific size, height, color request, and shape, orders can take 2-4 weeks to be completed, depending on the current volume of orders. Read- to-ship gowns take 2-3 days.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is completed, we will send you a confirmation email informing you that your order has been shipped along with the tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after confirmation.

What is a consultation?
A consultation is a meeting between our designer and the customer wherein all details for your custom-made garment shall be discussed. The consultation often takes an hour as our designer and the customer will be discussing:
- Color
- Style
- Shape
- Trip
- Measurements
- Fabrics
- Contract
- Payment of the Initial Deposit
- Receipt
When is the best time to schedule a consultation for a custom-made wedding gown?
We recommend you to consult with us 6 months prior to your wedding date as wedding gowns require 3-6 months of preparation and processing. Be sure to discuss all details prior to ordering to avoid last-minute changes.
When is the best time to schedule a consultation for a custom-made prom gown?
We recommend you consult with us at least 2-3 months before your prom day. We are expecting a high volume of orders and consultations as the month of October nears, and we cannot cater to all of them. As such, we only accept a limited number of requests for custom-made prom gowns. Do not wait until the last minute; be sure to schedule a consultation ahead of time.
